About the Course

The LLM (Master of Laws) is a postgraduate law program designed for people who want to gain advanced knowledge and expertise in specific areas of law. It is pursued by law graduates who want to specialize or enhance their legal practice, academic or career opportunities. The LLM program combines coursework, research or thesis. The LLM degree lets students focus on specific areas of interest common specialization include, corporate law, international law, human rights law, criminal law, constitutional law, intellectual property law, taxation law, cyber law. The program helps to develop skills like advanced legal research and writing, analytical and critical thinking, specialized knowledge in complex areas of law, public speaking and advocacy.
